Multimedia and Web Design (ITEC 7445) has been one of my favorite classes when learning to be a technology leader. I was able to learn a lot about myself as a technology leader. Throughout this class I did assignments that I had never tried before and I felt successful when creating the resources as well as implementing them. I also feel as if I know enough about the content to help other teachers learn to use the tools. This is a huge aspect of learning to be a technology leader. I feel that I need to know technology well enough to help others and this class prepared me for that.

A few projects that I did that really taught me a lot were:
- Creating audio files- this has helped me create differentiated lessons that students can not only read but listen to. I can also add background music to enhance students interest in the assignment.
- Creating Videos- I am able to create videos that go with lessons and have high quality as well as teach others how to create their own videos.
- Assistive Technology- This was one of the biggest aspects of the class that taught me so much about accommodations. I am now able to understand different forms of technology that students can use in class to help them succeed as well as evaluate if they are working or not for that student. This has helped me so much in having a more broad understanding of this topic.
- Along with much more, I learned the value of a WebQuest and how to create and implement it. This is a tool I will continue to use and would love to show other teachers how to implement as well.
